Elegant building with mixed functionality
Zograf building is located in a corner property in the newly urbanized part in the area of Lyulin. The positioning of the building in the plot is fully compliant with the requirements of the area, and it has access through two streets.
Functionally, the building is designed on six above-ground and one underground floor, and there are apartments of different sizes and functions, covering all the needs of future owners. On the first level there are individual garages and an entrance hall. The underground floor is again provided for parking. On the last sixth level there are apartments with large terraces.
The architectural solution of the building has sharp shapes that create a strict and memorable character. The sharp geometric elements used on the facade, located at different angles, serve to direct and refract natural light in different directions, relative to the daily solstice. The finishing facade component is a material that has hydrophilic properties - when it rains an elegant film of water is formed, which washes away dirt, and when the sun's rays hit the surface, active oxygen is formed, which in contact with pollutants turns them into harmless materials. During the design of the building, a distinctive vision was sought, which would stand out from its surroundings.
For even greater dynamics of the sharp shapes on the facade panel, lighting was used, which will emphasize the expressive lines at night. The building combines an individual way of life, comfort and harmony.
