Residential complex Horizonti SUPERSTAR is the continuation of the project Horizonti PLATINUM, and through the connected development the overall vision of the complex creates a completeness of the project. PLATINUM and SUPERSTAR are located between two streets, which have an elevation difference of 9 m. The layout of the project not only creates a pleasant living environment, but also delivers the necessary convenience and sense of prestige to the residents. The complex is distinguished by a modern vision, innovative architecture and precision down to the smallest detail. In the open space around the complex, landscaped and terraced parking areas are provided, divided into lots allowing for various walking, relaxing and playing spaces.
The volumetric and spatial solution of the complex is defined by three main, large, volumes and one additional, smaller, volume that connects to the development on the adjacent property. The composition consists of orthogonally translated volumes of varying heights and directions. These volumes range from 9 to 10 floors, except for the connecting volume to the adjacent property, which is 5 floors. Each of the volumes is highlighted with a distinctive shape and color, creating a clear overall composition of the complex.
The main vehicular and pedestrian access to the buildings is provided from two sides, to the west on Mir Street and to the east on Professor Dr. Vanko Vankov Street. The underground parking facilities follow the property's elevation, creating a smooth transition from semi-underground to entirely underground levels. Adjacent garages, parking spaces, bicycle parking, and storage rooms are also located there.
Horizonte SUPERSTAR is an exclusively residential building complex, offering apartments of various sizes and orientations, designed with regular geometric shapes, which allows for an easy adaptation and repurposing of the complex and the individual units for any future needs. Multi-room "PENTHOUSE" apartments with spacious rooms and large terraces are designed on the top floor.
The exterior envelope of the building creates an effect of vertically staggered volumes, which break up the regularity that we see in most buildings. This dynamism is emphasized by vertically arranged panels of varying widths, rhythmically placed to create a harmonious reading of the overall composition. Soft but contrasting colored plates express a strict and memorable character to each building in this complex, which successfully distinguishes this project from the surrounding environment.
Even more impressive is the façade at night, as lighting has been used to accentuate the expressive vertical lines. The building combines an individual way of life, comfort, and harmony within itself.
