DR4V is a residential building that is part of the "Green Quarter". Located in the urban environment of South Park, Paradise Center, metro station "Vitosha", it skilfully integrates aesthetics and practicality, offering both commercial and residential spaces in clearly demarcated zones with energy class A.

The facade is distinguished by clean geometric shapes that emphasize the rhythm of the vertical openings. Dominant are the large French windows that allow optimal penetration of natural light, while at the same time revealing the connection between the interior space and the outside urban environment.

The ground level is designed for commercial establishments and services, which reinforces the active urban front. The glass showcases and the integrated landscaping in this area create a feeling of openness and invitation to passing pedestrians.

The residential floors above the ground level are designed with balconies, greened with tiles and decorative vegetation, which give human scale and softness to the overall composition. The composition is created by framing the vertical and horizontal elements, which provide a rhythmic composition and at the same time emphasize the silhouette of the building.

The building is surrounded by well-arranged landscape design – low bushes, lawns and trees that complement the architecture with a green frame and provide coziness and visual comfort. The evening lighting is fine, integrated and highlights both the entrance and the facade elements, giving the building a prestigious and modernist character.
