DOM L2

"DOM" (meaning "HOME")- three letters that represent each of the three blocks of this project. In combination they simultaneously give a feeling of freedom, coziness, tranquility, and self-expression. Each of us has different needs to feel happy. Our surroundings affect our mood, and in the dynamics of the big city, both location and infrastructure are important. For those who choose to live in a space that combines good location and a building design which not only stands out from its surroundings, but also uses landscape and community space as a major part of the design, they can find their new home in "DOM L2".

"DOM L2" is a multi-family residential building located next to Tsaritsa Joanna Blvd. on a plot of land measuring 4,300 sq.m, 50% of which is planned to be green spaces, playgrounds and recreation areas.

"DOM L2" was designed with the clear vision of three consistent modules that are rotated differently to fit the property in the most efficient and elegant manner. A characteristic of each residential unit is that it has large floor-to-ceiling French windows that create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection between residents and the surrounding environment. Additionally, all of these windows are highlighted with bronze-gold composite frames and LED lighting accents, which enhance the form of the exterior envelope and help break the horizontality that is created through the white floor plates shown on each level.

The composition of this project is further resolved by two residential entrances with individual spacious interior solutions, which also create a seamless connection between the outdoor and indoor common spaces of the building. Each entrance has two elevators and a stairwell. Parking for each unit is provided on one of the two underground levels that serve the entire complex.
