The new addition to the COMFORT RESIDENCE series is located again in the newly formed district Malinova dolina, here we have once again built a residential complex with a modern design, designed with an emphasis on minimalist design, clean lines and the harmonious interaction between architecture and the environment. The composition combines functionality and aesthetics, offering open spaces, abundant natural lighting and modern materials. The building has a rectangular shape, with a well-defined modular structure that gives a sense of order and rhythm. The distribution of the facade and windows creates a balanced vision, while providing optimal lighting and views of the environment.

The facade composition and materials are a combination of light and dark tones that create an elegant and clean look. The main material is light mineral plaster, which gives lightness and airiness to the building, while the accent in bronze color on the windows and the green details bring depth and contrast. The glass parapets on the terrace add modernity and transparency, emphasizing the connection between the interior and exterior spaces. The use of large showcases further strengthens this effect, allowing the interior and exterior to blend into one. The roof construction is designed to create dynamics and character in the silhouette, but also to protect the terraces.

Functionally, the building is designed on four levels with the last terraced floor, as each floor is designed with maximum comfort and optimal housing distribution. The ground floor includes affordable housing with individual green yards, as well as a main entrance with a modern and welcoming design. The typical floors contain apartments with spacious balconies and French windows that increase the connection with the outside space. The last floor is designed as a luxurious penthouse with panoramic terraces, offering unique views and exclusive living. Vertical communication is solved with two elevators and a stairwell, guaranteeing functionality and convenience.

The landscaping is a key element in the overall design of the complex. The spaces around the building include rich vegetation, decorative trees, bushes and lawns that create a sense of harmony and natural environment. Special attention is paid to the green areas with integrated recreation areas, pedestrian alleys, lined with decorative flooring and external LED lighting, which highlights the architectural details at night.
