On July 12, 2017, we made the first sod of VITOSHA SPRING residential complex situated in Ovcha Kupel district. The investor and executor of the building is CAPITALEX BUILDING and the designer is Studio Creative. The residential complex "VITOSHA SPRING" is located in Sofia, in the old part of the Ovcha Kupel district on Ivan Radoev Street №8, near the Ukrainian embassy.
