Residential building with underground parking spaces

One of the latest architectural projects of studio CREATIVE is situated in the dynamic and fast-growing district of Sofia, "Student City". The location of the building creates a very good precondition for communication through GM Dimitrov Blvd., and from there Simeonovsko Shosse Blvd. and Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd. The area also attracts with its numerous educational institutions (Economic University, "National Sport Academy", "Technical University", etc.) The places for entertainment and sports near the building are "Muzeiko", swimming complex "Dianabad", "Winter Palace of Sports" and "Hristo Botev Hall". The good infrastructure, the variety of shops and restaurants, as well as the proximity to the park "Studentski" give the area balance and make it even more attractive for modern life. The style of the residential building is modern and is consistent with the surrounding neighborhoods, as well as "Dianabad" district is very close. It is also reflected in the design of modern architectural solutions for the layout of the apartments. The facade of the building is provided with pronounced orthogonal elements and large openings for the french windows. The main emphasis is on the asymmetrical sliding of the windows horizontally on certain floors and the dark areas next to them, which create depth and division.

In functional terms, the building is intended entirely for residential construction and is designed on ten aboveground and one underground level. The basement level is organized entirely with parking spaces, and can be reached via a wide two-lane ramp for maximum comfort. The first above-ground level is designed in the form of an open parking area, designed type " as MALL". The design includes stylish ice lighting on the ceiling and HPL panels combined with visible concrete on the walls. All this is highlighted by the markings on the sanded concrete floor. The yard in front of and behind the building is richly landscaped with both shrubs and tall trees.
