KANSO

KASNO is purity, elegance, coziness and harmony united in modern architecture

KANSO is an architectural project inspired by Zen philosophy, creating a sense of movement, dynamism and a desire for expression, which conflicts with the reality we expect.

The vision for this project is a reflection of the dynamic and modern lifestyle, balanced by clear forms and emphasized by natural materials.

KANSO is a composition of two buildings. BUILDING 1 is only 4 stories and is located in the southern part of the property, and BUILDING 2 is ten stories and is designed in the northern part of the property. The composition of this project and positioning of the two buildings is tailored by the summer and winter solstice in order to provide constant natural light and sunshine for the apartments on the ground level.

Each of the buildings has two residential entrances to create more smaller shared spaces for residents. The complex is located close to Tsar Boris III Blvd and Alexander Pushkin Blvd., which is a sufficiently distant place from the city noise, yet in close enough proximity to large roads and public transportation, making access to downtown areas and other neighborhoods very easy for residents.

KANSO is made up of impeccable quality materials, functional layouts and stylish architecture that creates the perfect combination of design and comfort to serve all residents’ needs.

KANSO is purity, elegance, coziness and harmony that create a contemporary lifestyle.

KANSO is a natural addition to nature, using the input materials - stone, wood and iron, with a clear composition that easily blends into the surrounding environment.

On the ground floor of BUILDING 1 there are offices, covered parking places for nine cars and a covered two-lane ramp leading to the underground parking level which the rest the residential units. The second, third and fourth levels break down into 30 apartments of varied sizes and sunlight exposure.

On the ground floor of BUILDING 2 there are 4 two-bedroom apartments with their own landscaped yards. On the other nine levels there are 72 apartments, each with good sunlight exposure and a spacious terrace.

Each terrace is designed with natural wood paneling, suspended on dry installation and panoramic windows. All of them are underlined by voluminous stone frames that form a harmonic composition. These frames are the key elements that transform the buildings into a unique piece of architecture that stands out from the rest of the built environment.

KANSO - The future has found its shape!
